The founders of APG have over 50 years of collective experience in the industry, from a wide variety of disciplines. As a wise man once said “I was born intelligent, but experience has taught me”. It is our culture, it is our motto, it is our very existence that APG bring the true meaning of “Full Service General Contracting and consulting” to every asset we manage. Good business relationships come and go. Great business relationships are built from the ground up, beginning with trust and confidence. The Founding Partners

The APG partners have been actively engaged in project oversite and renovating for the past 23 years in retail, manufacturing, hospitality and the multi-family industrys. Our team hosts a former member of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and Committee Vice Chair and Regional Director of Maintenance and Capital Projects; an accomplished general contractor and a former Regional Property Manager. Over the past decade, our team members have managed  350  plus capital projects, the complete renovation/rehabilitation of over 4,800 dwelling units, and the repositioning of 15 different multi-familty assets. It is from this perspective we envisioned and then created  APG. Our knowledge, true  professionalism and passion for real estate has earned us the reputation as market leader.
